New England Academies & Book Collecting
This section will focus on a particular period of time when academies were first becoming “a thing” in New England.
And specific books from that period will be highlighted.
As stated previously, formal education has not always been attractive to me, but learning has. Learning about the style and manner of the earliest attempts at education in New England interests me a lot.
I have combined an interest in New England Academies and Book Collecting as they seem to go together but my interest in books goes beyond the earliest academies as you shall see.
